1. The Integrated Special Camera System is installed on a large mechanical equipment or device for real-time monitoring of 360° wide area under the mechanical equipment or device. This camera system has a built-in large-magnification optical zoom lens and a high-performance camera. It has the characteristics of wide monitoring range, long distance, clear image, high sensitivity, high signal to noise ratio and ultra low illumination. It is suitable for large-scale high-power mechanical devices and equipment in indoor and outdoor industrial environments with high pollution and high-intensity vibration.
2. The Fixed Camera System with zoom function is applicable to outdoor and indoor environments, which implements real-time monitoring for fixed targets. This camera system has a built-in large-magnification optical zoom lens and a high-performance camera. It has the characteristics of wide monitoring range, long distance, clear image, high sensitivity, high signal to noise ratio and ultra low illumination. It is suitable for large-scale high-power mechanical devices and equipment in indoor and outdoor industrial environments with high pollution and high-intensity vibration.
3. Receive the digital video streams of cameras through the network, and store and manage it. The multiple network cameras can be watched, browsed, played back, managed and stored at the same time.
4. The recording files can be backed up locally through the mobile storage device. The video image of the local camera system on the Ship Loader Crane can remotely view, control and download through wired devices (such as optical cable, etc.) or wireless devices (such as wifi, 4G, etc.). Different user levels can be set remotely through wired devices (such as optical cable, etc.) or wireless devices (such as WIFI, 4G, etc.).
5. Single screen switching, multi-screen switching, zoom±, Pan/Tilt, wiper on/off , light on/off and other operations can be realized.
6. The monitor is equipped with Monitor Stability Support Device which has a variety of installation forms such as vertical mounts, corner mounts, wall-hanging mounts and pendant mounts, etc., all of which can achieve all-round angle adjustment.

1. The camera system can be equipped with white light or infrared light to ensure high quality image effects under low illumination conditions.
2. In view of the small space, strong vibration and heavy salt fog in the operator's cab of the Ship Loader Crane, the Crane Special Net Video Processing Device is developed, which integrates video processing, video storage and HD decoding outputting. The Crane Special Net Video Processing Device can be installed on the side of the control console that does not affect the access of personnel, saving space. It adopts special anti-vibration treatment, 304 stainless steel enclosures, water-proof membrane technology control panel and industrial-grade keys, which are light and durable and have a long service life. The overall structure of the Crane Special Net Video Processing Device is compact, easy to install and disassemble, and the appearance is beautiful and elegant. The Crane Special Net Video Processing Device can output single screen or multi-screen.
3. According to the characteristics of the environment of the seaside and port machinery, the enclosures of camera system is suitable for environment with high pollution and high strength vibration. In order to cope with the dusty environment on site, the camera system can be equipped with a wiper device, which ensures the cleaning of the window glass.
4. The operator in operator’s cab can control the front-end camera by zooming, wiper, lighting, etc. through the control panel.
5. In order to ensure the safety of the CCTV equipments of port machinery, all camera systems are equipped with safety chains (anti-dropping).
6. The system can be equipped with automatic control function, which can automatically switch out the image of the required camera system according to different working modes of the port machinery.
7. The system can be equipped with the function of detecting the foreign object of the track, to identify the obstacles on the traveling track of the port machinery and automatically detect the distance of the obstacle. The different braking safety distance can be set. After reaching the set safe distance, the system will send an alarm signal to voice prompt the operator and the port machinery will automatically brake.
8. The system can be equipped with the personnel management functions of entrance and exit of the port machinery. The video intercom can be carried on between the operator and the personnel who want to enter the port machinery, the operator can remotely release the visitors. The central management system is set in the center control room to send the notification information remotely.
